Last Moment Event Organizers Co. provides event management, manpower supply, and hospitality services in the UAE. All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement between the client and Last Moment Events.
All event bookings require a confirmed written agreement. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.
Final payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued.
Cancellation policies vary by service type and event size. Clients are advised to review cancellation terms in their individual service agreements. Last Moment Events reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
